Section 1 - The Programme

The Leadbetter Kids coaching programme Includes: 

 

• 33 x sessions, which run weekly during school term time

• 3 x Leadbetter Kids holiday camp days 

 

Sessions are split into the following age categories:

• Ages 7 – 9

• Ages 10 – 12

• Ages 13 +

 

Session duration for each age category is:

• 90 minutes for ages 7+

 

Camp day duration: 

• Ages 7+ - 1.30pm - 4.30pm 

 

It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to book in their juniors 3 x holiday camp days via email. All class times can be found in section 4.

 

Section 2 - Costings 

Payment for the programme is spread over 12-monthly payments from the date you join and costings for Leadbetter Kids programme per child is as follows:

 

• £45 per month ages 7+ (Total £540)

If any junior has not played golf before or attended any Leadbetter Kids session then a free trial session can be arranged upon request by emailing leah@leadbetterkids.com. Payment and registration for the programme is done via standing order. Details can be obtained via Leah direct.

Section 3 - Equipment, Clothing & Footwear 

All equipment is provided and juniors just need to wear comfortable clothing with appropriate footwear such as trainers or plimsols. Examples of non-appropriate shoes include; flip flops or jelly shoes as these are unstable and a non-supportive shoe which is not suitable for the activities.

 

As this a yearly programme all juniors need to be prepared for all weather conditions i.e. wearing hats and sun cream if really hot and sunny or rain jackets when wet and rainy. These things are not provided by Leah or Warren GC.

 

Finally, clubs are also provided for those who do not have their own.

 

Section 4 - Class times, dates & size 

Saturday Classes: 

 

• 10.45am – 12.15pm - Leadbetter Kids Ages 7 – 9 years - Maximum class size is 10

Sunday Classes:

 

• 1:00pm - 2:30pm - Leadbetter Kids Ages 10 -12 - Maximum class size is 12

 

• 3.00pm - 4.30pm - Leadbetter Kids Ages 13+ - Maximum class size is 12

 

Sessions for ages 7-9 will predominantly be held at the Langstone Cliff Hotel practice field, roughly 900 yards away from the main golf club. 

 

Parking at the Langstone Cliff Hotel 

Parking is free at the Langstone Cliff Hotel providing you, upon arrival, register your licence plate number in the main hotel. You are more than welcome to access and purchase teas and coffee in the main hotel or alternatively observe sessions on the practice field.

Section 5 - Payment 

Venue - Warren GC, Beach Rd, Dawlish Warren, Dawlish EX7 0NF/Langstone Cliff Hotel practice field, 4 Mount Pleasant Rd, Dawlish Warren, Dawlish EX7 0NA

 

Class Type - LBK Age 7+ (£45 per month) 

 

Payment Type - Payment and registration for the programme is done via standing order. Details can be obtained via Leah directly. Payments to be setup to come out on the 5th of the month.

Section 6 - Signature and declaration
When completing the consent form you are declaring and understanding all the terms and conditions of the programme and give permission for your junior to participate and give consent for the following:

 

• An accredited representative of Leadbetter Kids to act in my absence in the event of the participant named above requiring emergency medical treatment

• Photographs or video analysis to be used for lesson purposes

• Photographs or videos can be published on social media and the club website.

• My details to be added to the Leadbetter Kids database
